Technologies

System analysis and design workshop.

Specialized mandates accepted by invitation or referral only.

PRISME-11 is not a general public computer repair or IT support service.

We are involved when a situation goes beyond ordinary troubleshooting:
when a system becomes unstable, poorly understood, difficult to maintain, or when a project falls outside normal commercial solutions and requires a unique technical approach.

This may involve adapting incompatible equipment, maintaining critical legacy systems, or designing custom interfaces and tools that do not exist on the market in order to ensure operational continuity.

In these contexts, replacement is often neither possible nor desirable. The first step is understanding, then adaptation.

PRISME-11 is contacted when replacing a system would be riskier than understanding it.

We analyze the complete environment — hardware, network, software and usage — in order to establish a real understanding of its behavior before any significant modification is attempted.

Each mandate follows a structured process:

analysis → modeling → design → validation → documentation

The objective is not only to solve a problem, but to make the environment understandable, stable, and maintainable over time.

Situations where we are typically involved:

Nature of the intervention:

PRISME-11 acts as an independent technical specialist.

The first phase is not system modification, but observation and analysis intended to understand the system’s real behavior and dependencies.

Contact

Access to services:

PRISME-11 does not operate as a traditional IT support provider and cannot be contacted through direct service requests.
Mandates are accepted primarily by invitation or referral.

If you have received an invitation card, it contains the contact information required to initiate communication.

If you were referred, no additional action is required; we will contact you to schedule a qualification meeting.

Situations outside PRISME-11 scope:

For most routine computing situations, the involvement of a specialized workshop is neither necessary nor appropriate.

For residential or small business IT support (installation, troubleshooting, email, printers, Wi-Fi, and standard configuration), we recommend contacting:
